Charlie's Corner — Restaurant in Tallinn

Do NOT go here!! My girlfriend got a food intoxication as a direct result of eating here. The service is absolutely ZERO (they cooperate with the Ibis hotel). First they did not take it serious, so I just had to wait all night until someone could give me some bottled water and extra toilet paper.. In the morning, nothing was possible except for writing my complaints down on a blank paper (which obviously would have been thrown away), the manager did not want to speak to me after several times asking (he clearly did not want to face me because they made up excuses every time, showing the absolutely unskilled manager), I couldn't get anything at all and just had to book full price again if I wanted to make use of the room after check-out time while my girlfriend was not able to come of the toilet!

Would definitely not recommend to go to this...

Got the special in the picture for €9, service was fast and food was delicious

All great until I get the bill... €9 on the card, I say please make it €12. 'Sorry we can't take tip by card'. No worries I say I will pay by cash, give a €20 note please make it €12

She brings back €11 change I ask why she didn't take the tip I offered. 'Oh but it's such a small tip and we share between many people so don't worry about it'

Whoever this girl is needs to learn a lesson in customer service. A) If you think a 33÷ tip on a bill is a small tip you have a LOT to learn B) Disgusting customer service to refuse the tip after I make the offer to pull out cash

Recommended for the food, not for the...

Restaurant was completely empty almost all the time during my stay at the hotel which is probably why the food that was served was old/out of date (salmon was dark colored, guacamole was yellow). It is a shame that they still served the food and even after mentioning getting food poisened and very sick afterwards, not acknowledging this at all (I didn’t have lunch or dinner anywhere else that day and I got sick two hours after eating there which is normal with food poisoning so it had to be their food for sure).
