Customer service is very poor. The tall light skin waiter with mask wearing today, was so aggressive and disrespectful. I don't want to disturb my friends and keep it with myself. She came to take order and I commented about the seating arrangement at door. She moved her hands with disrespectful manner and refused to take order. I am there to enjoy my lunch with my money. So please give them a proper primary customer service training. Delicious food without smiley face is a trash. Noone is a begger there. The other very kind caring waitress approached us. My fave go to Italian restaurant when I’m craving homey, Italian meals for a great price. My people and I love to call it the ‘cheap Belvedere’ bc this Kasanchis location is way cheaper than the one that’s close to imperial. There’s always a lot of people, so be mindful of that when you go. There is outside seating but it fills up fast. I love this place and it can’t be said enough. Their consistency is definitely worth noting.

We ordered the lasagna with meat, and the food was quite good. The service, however, was just average; the waiter was neither exceptional nor poor. (The local kids continued came to recommend small stuff). Unfortunately, our experience took a disappointing turn when it came time to pay.
