However, my experience with the service was somewhat mixed. While the staff were friendly and polite. Despite the service hiccups, the food itself was delicious. The menu offers a variety of cuisine type options, catering to different palates. Overall, Nobel House is a good restaurant with a lot of potential. The atmosphere and food are definitely worth checking out, but the service could be improved to truly elevate the dining experience. We ordered pizza here, but our experience was far from pleasant. The waitress seemed reluctant to provide basic utensils like forks, knives, and plates, which we had to request multiple times. Her attitude was cold and unwelcoming throughout the meal, making us feel like an inconvenience rather than valued customers. We couldn’t help but wonder if this poor service was due to the fact that we didn’t order any drinks. Regardless, this is no excuse for such unprofessional behaviour. Dining out should be a positive experience, and the service we received left us feeling disappointed and unwelcome. It really soured what could have been a nice meal.
