I have been coming to this place every now and then and I was happy with the food and the service. Today I had the worst experience where a waiter brought the food I ordered. While I was on the phone she was scoping the food on the plate and she noticed something in the food. I saw her facial expression and stopped the call and asked what is wrong , she said nothing is wrong she just saw an onion. I told her to keep the remaining and continued on with the call. Atmosphere experience: As soon as I walked in, I quickly fell in love with the ambiance of the restaurant! From the light fixtures, to the tone of the bricks, to the texture and colours of the decor and fabric, Mitmita was beautifully designed. In fact, the environment provides its customers with a nice balance of transitional Ethiopia meets modern lodge feel.

The bun and eggs combined with the seasoned avocados was such a nice touch.
Overall experience: I will definitely come back again and highly recommended anyone coming to Addis to check out this spot for breakfast, lunch or dinner. The place is super clean, the food is awesome, the customer service is wonderful, and the environment is so welcoming. It’s...
