Via Tribunali Punavuori — Restaurant in Helsinki sub-region

I was maybe expecting too much, since I heard so well about the via Tribunali pizzas, but I have to say it was a disappointment. We start with the cocktails, gin and tonic and limoncello spritz. It really felt like water with a bit of taste. Ok we are in a pizzeria but....The pizzas arrived, we were 5. One was too dry, mine was cold, and my husbands pizza was raw in the middle. I have to say that the worst was the waiter, a woman , that when my husband made noticing about his raw pizza, she was not able to say sorry, a smile, whatever, a sign that she acknowledge the problem and was sorry, nothing. The place is nice, open and with ok style, The young man that served us in the beginning was very polite...

I’m a big fan of Via Tribunali, and went to the Punavuori restaurant for the first time. Unfortunately it was underwhelming; pizzas were quite undercooked on the bottom, and the Pepsi Max was for some reason very watery?

The service was great. They gave me a new Pepsi Max, but it was still watery. At that point I also didn’t feel like complaining anymore. I don’t want to be that guy that complains about everything in a restaurant😅

Considering the price tag I expected a lot more, which in the other Via Tribunali restaurants has never...
