Porvoon Paahtimo Bar & Café — Restaurant in Porvoo sub-region

I am visiting this place not the first time and this time I was very disappointed with the service, the line to the cashier was very long and the staff did not seem to be in a hurry. We waited for 2 cappuccinos and a tea for 20 mins after we paid for it. The 2 pies that we ordered were forgotten on the counter and were cold. We had to ask for them, because we didn’t receive those with the beverages.

The coffee tasted good but unfortunately the whole experience was spoiled with the lack of good service. I hope this review will be taken into account by the management of the place and the problem will be...

Cozy and plenty of room tho was crowded when visited. Best beer selection in Porvoo atm tho room for improvement and expensive. Quality coffee. Seaside terrace and Seaside boat terrace. Good service. Would be great if there were Imperial stouts. Nice to see several sour beers. Ok draft variety. Next to idyl old town. Would be nice to have 1dl or 1.5dl sampler sizes for drafts. Would be nice to see beer list online or untappd (tho its understandable that not the later because it might be expensive). Some info or even just picture updates online or social media...

Going here is a must for coffee lovers visiting Porvoo! Situated in an old brick building, just besides the river, it's stands out well even from the outside. But when you step in from the door... Dimly lit, atmospheric mix of a fancy bar and a cafe. Great selection of coffee, some roasted by themselves. Also they're probably the only place in Porvoo that serve craft beers on draft.
