Rollo Rafla — Restaurant in Rovaniemi sub-region

Good food for a good price! We ate in once and had take away another time during our stay in Rovaniemi as this place was 2 min walk from our Airbnb. The food is good and tasty, quantity is quite big so you can take the leftovers. We loved the kebab (beef as well as chicken), fries were good too. The pizza dough is made onsite z’d even though they are not wood oven baked, they taste good.The service was a bit slow but the guy was alone to manage customers eating in and all the take away orders that Wolt drivers were picking up so good job from him! There are not a it of places in Rovaniemi open past 8-9 pm but this one is which is convenient !...

We went for lunch around 1:30pm and we were the only customers. We ordered a chicken over rice and a darra burger combo with wedge fries. The food was made to order. While our order was not completely correct, we were served kebab over rice and my darra burger came with regular fries, it was still delicious and fresh. I later looked our receipt using google translate and realized the staff noted the order incorrectly from the get go. Also, not sure what’s the extra 2euro was for, did we get scammed...

I called them and arranged a food delivery and asked to call me if there is any trouble with the order/delivery. They did not deliver my food. A total no-show. Has not happened to me ever before in anywhere with food delivery. The person who took my order did not communicate that he didnt understand me but apparantly he understood very little although it was impossible to interpret from our conversation. Avoid, at least dont even try calling them for an order, you'll just end up hungry...
