Never again. Service + Food both sub par.

Had to wait ~40 min for a burger. I don't mind a delay, but at least tell me beforehand if that is the situation!!! I was in a hurry, and this just made me angry.

The wait would have been worth it if the food was good. But NO. I ordered their special burger. When it came, the meat patty was cold. The burger bun itself was old (it was getting into separate pieces, an indication of an old bun).

And they charged me even for a simple glass of water (water is free everywhere else in Finland).

So after spending almost 20 euros, and an hour, I was still not satisfied, and also hungry.

Had to go back to my hotel and eat something else.

The only good thing was the fries, as they came fresh from the fryer. Everything else 👎🏼. Not going ever again.

Intentamos en dos ocasiones diferentes comer en el restaurante.

Primer dia entramos a su página web para reservar, pero para “nuestra sorpresa” todo era en idioma Finlandés, no hay opción para español y minimo para inglés. En ese caso llegamos directamente y al ser grupo de 10 personas nos dejaron saber de inmediato que no tenian espacio para ese momento y por todo el resto del día. Aunque tenian mas de la mitad del restaurante vacio (aunque pueden estar reservados claro)

Pues decidimos, realizar reserva para el siguiente dia a las 7:00pm, pero al estar en actividades pensamos no llegariamos a tiempo y nos comunicamos a las 3-4pm para cambiar la hora a las 8:00pm lo cual nos confirmaron. Aun asi llegamos a las 7:10pm y de inmediato y sin reparo nos dijeron que nuestra reserva era a las 8:00pm y ni siquiera podiamos esperar alli, que debiamos abandonar el restaurante hasta las 8:00pm (con un frío muy fuerte en el exterior y niños con nosotros) una vez mas el restaurante casi vacio.

El “encargado” de asignar mesas, hacer reservas que ambos dias nos atendió, su trato en ambos dias fue un poco fuerte de actitud, y no agradable.

Como detalle adicional, restaurante “Mexicano” pero ni siquiera tienen su página en inglés como mínimo. El primer dia vi dos mesas “quejandose” con el chico que nos atendió por que sus ordenes no salian y llevaban mucho tiempo esperando.

Con los red flags que tuve, aun asi intentamos dos dias consecutivos y al final, no funcionó y al parecer y nuestra experiencia, es normal para ellos su trato y manejo de los clientes y negocio.

Pruebe su propia experiencia, quizás la comida “mexicana” sea muy buena, por esa parte no podemos...

It was a good surprise how the kids were observed. At first they got pencils and coloring task while adults were reading the menu. There was plenty of variety in the kid's menu, even finger food for the babies and toddlers. There was no vegan+gluten free option for the kids but it sorted out pretty easily. The toilet with changing table was spacious. There were also play area and high chairs. It is a mexican restaurant so it is odd that the buffet has Finnish food like casserole...
