Santa Claus City Office — Local services in Rovaniemi sub-region

By far the BEST OFFICIAL SANTA in the whole Rovaniemi !!!! The MOST GENUINE & FRIENDLY!

Met this Santa along with my kids at his new and only Official Office in the City Center of Rovaniemi, Lordi Square . The meeting was not rushed at all . We had a really good talk with Santa . He seems so interested on us esp. to the kids . He even shared a tip to where is the best place to see the northern lights . During the picture taking , Santa knows a lot of poses and we truly enjoyed it! Lot’s of good laughs! The photos are really Nice and the most cheapest among the other Official offices. We purchased Many printed photos and got big discount on it along with the Official visit certificate. ( before the Christmas weeks two or more photos in the City center cost €20/photo only then during the busiest weeks €25/photo. One photo costs €35 -normal price ) In the village , price starts €50 then higher which was too expensive for us & the waiting was too long -more than an hour to get to see Santa & the picture . We ended up not buying.. We were also disappointed as we felt the experience was So hurried in the village .

Meeting Santa in the City center is free and you only pay for the photos only if you need it. Since we bought the printed photos, we get to see him twice . The second meeting was when he signs the pictures - Yes! This is the only place where you can get Santa’s autograph - we were also allowed to use our own Camera to TaKe a video while he is signing for proof. Also , Santa said hello to all of our friends and family around the world on the video which was so brilliant! We quickly asked him for a quick selfie with him before we exited. Santa also gave a big hug to my kids. We all loved him!

The Following day ( our last day) we came back to thank and say goodbye to Santa . We were So lucky to see him outside . Santa popped out for a quick breath of fresh air. He waved on us and still remembered us . My kids were absolutely thrilled. They were convinced it was a Real Santa! Of course me too ! :)

Later on , we came back again to buy some souviners at his Office shop. There was a long qeue But not as long as in the other places so the waiting can be shorter only which is best esp. When u have kids.

We bought some of Santa’s Original Design items which are only available at his City Office . We learned that we can ask him to put his signature on the items but unfortunately we were in a hurry . Still very happy though to get on hold of his masterpieces as a souviner .

THE BEST OFFICIAL SANTA IN ROVANIEMI!!! This is Santa’s New meeting place located in the City Centre of Rovaniemi. We feel very welcomed! Our encounter with Santa was truly magical! We found him lovely, very Personal , we didn’t feel rushed . We just loved him. Also , the pictures are really Nice & the most affordable so we were able to buy many and it is the only place where Santa signs the photos . Furthermore, We were allowed to take a video while he was signing & he greeted our friends and families on the vid as well . :) we took selfies with him too. Above all, Don’t miss to get copies of Santa’s drawings about the magical Lapland found on his Bestselling Coloring books and other items - perfect for the kids as a souvenir or as a gift. :) Would definitely visit Santa again in this New place in...

We were disappointed with the experience at Santa Claus City Office.

The staff here were dishonest and changed the charges as they like. Just a week ago week, it was €20, but it's suddenly became €35. This inconsistency felt like a cash grab.

Santa himself seemed to be in a hurry, which completely ruined the magic of the moment. The whole experience felt rushed and unorganized, leaving us feeling cheated.

I strongly recommend skipping this place and going to the real Santa Office inside Santa Claus Village. Yes, the queue is long, but you can get a queue number and enjoy the village while waiting for your appointment. After traveling so far to meet Santa, it’s worth the wait to have an authentic and enjoyable experience.
