What a terrible service! We came, we took the table and made an order at 17.30. At 17.55 on my question when the pizza

ready we got answer like we forgot to say that it takes at least 20 min and they are getting a lot of online orders and those are placed automatically in front of us…. Ok…. At 18.20 we got our pizza with the comment that due to COVID it is not allowed to eat inside after 18.00….. (that was not meantioned when we did the order). It was a group of people from UK who made order before us and were the same confused as we did.

Noone from the stuff even thought to apologize…and said that they dont care- we need to get out.

So at the end with scandal we got a pizza after 50 min at and had to feed kids inside as we refused to move out

If you dont plan to order online, better stay away from that place. Otherwise you will be very confused and...

One of the better places to eat in Levi, fresh pizza, good prices for the area, refillable soft drinks, plenty to choose from, the seating can be limited but don't generally need to wait too long.... take away feeling but with some tables to eat in. Was a bit chilly on our last visit so had to keep a coat on but the outside temperature was -35. A good choice if you like pizza and don't want the fancy restaurant environment. Great food and the man that served us was super chatty and efficient. I've only stated that it lacked atmosphere as we were the only customers - we are early due to having young children with us. Maybe a bit of music for when it's quiet would help. Would return. Lovely pizza...
