McDonald's — Restaurant in Turku sub-region

I've never left a review in my life, but these guys absolutely deserve it. I entered the restaurant at 19:25, and i thought i had a bus at 19:35 so i proceded to order a few chicken burgers since they are usually quick at making them. While waiting for my order i realized my bus was actually leaving at 19:30 (i should have checked earlier..). I approached what i think it's the shift manager and i told him about my situation, i would have definitely accepted a "no we can't do it" as an answer since this is entirely my fault, and they had all the rights to tell me that. INSTEAD this guy rush in the kitchen and pulls my sandwiches in like one minute!!!! And the sandwich were warm, tasty and very well made so they weren't only quick but they did a great job too! The manager (i guess) was so polite, so nice, so understanding and absolutely one of the best persons you can meet when you go to a restaurant/fast food. Credits to the whole team and to whoever made my sandwiches, these guys work hard to gain a living and i absolutely appreciate their help. I have never seen such a fast and effective service throughout any McDonald's i have been at especially in Finland, where they make your sandwiches on the spot. Thanks to you i don't have to go through this long bus ride with an empty stomach, GREAT WORK and most of all GREAT SERVICE!! Thank you, 5 stars...

The security guys agressively stopped me from eating my chicken nuggets 5 times (literally used his right-hand to conceal my food). I have been to McDonald's in over 40 countries and never had I encountered such an improper behaviour from the staff.

It officially says it is open for 24hrs and I can understand there is a rule that customers are not allowed to eat-in after 5am. However, my friend and I (and many other customers) ordered the food at 4.40am and I got my nuggets at 4.55am then we were told we couldn't eat-in. There was absolutely no sign in McDonald nor any notice on the ordering machine. Obviously if I knew I would get violently kicked out by the staff, I would've never ordered anything close to 5am.

There were about 10 other customers forced to eat outside due to the atrocious manner of the staff at -5°C and everyone was furious about how they were treated.

Moreover, because I didn't note down the tiny code at the bottom of my receipt (who on the earth would note that down?), I cannot upload this complaint onto their McFeedback system. Therefore I have no other option but post this...

This McDonald's has been a place I have been to and from experience I can recommend it. Lovely service and always good food, never had a situation where I got the wrong order. I will continue to come here. I had to test out this, for me a new drink called Shake'n Presso, it's cold drink that is a mix of espresso and vanilla smoothie, it tasted delicious and would recommend to test it out. It was 2€ and worth...
