Today, I had the pleasure of dining at Chez Pierre in Aix-en-Provence, and it was an absolutely unforgettable experience. This inclusive restaurant, where young adults with disabilities cook and serve the meals, truly embodies the spirit of community and culinary excellence.

From the moment I stepped inside, the warm and welcoming atmosphere was palpable. The restaurant was bustling with patrons, a testament to its popularity. I was fortunate to have made a reservation, as it was clearly a sought-after destination.

The food was simply exquisite. Every dish was beautifully presented and bursting with flavor. The service was impeccable, with the young adults providing attentive and friendly service. Their dedication and enthusiasm were evident in every interaction.

On the lookout for a shaded lunch terrace in Aix during the heatwave, we found ourselves at Chez Pierre… a gem, un restaurant qui nous a rechauffé le coeur ! Seasonal and local produce, well prepared, in a super relaxed atmosphere. Very reasonably priced too: 100€ for apero, 3 courses, and a bottle of wine between the two of us. Un lieu exceptionnel où la bienveillance et la gourmandise sont au rendez-vous ! Ce restaurant est bien plus qu’une simple adresse, c’est une véritable expérience humaine et culinaire.

L’équipe, composée de personnes extraordinaires, vous accueille avec un sourire sincère et un professionnalisme remarquable.

La cuisine 100% faite maison est un vrai délice : des produits locaux de grande qualité, des plats généreux et savoureux, tout est cuisiné avec passion et authenticité. On ressent l’amour du terroir et l’envie de bien faire.

Je vous conseille vivement le Pulled Pork Burger pour ce mois-ci, un vrai délice ! La viande fondante et savoureuse est parfaitement assaisonnée, et les accompagnements sont tout aussi délicieux. Et le petit plus ? La carte change tous les mois, toujours avec des plats créatifs et de saison. Une bonne raison de revenir régulièrement pour découvrir de nouvelles saveurs !
