Don't buy an SFR prepaid SIM card if you are a foreigner in France. For more than 2 weeks, I have been trying to get a prepaid SIM card from SFR. I first bought a SIM card and it was blocked, according to them, because of some problem with my ID. The customer service at the store was very poor, long waiting times and they didn't give me any real solution. They said my SIM was 'dead' (whatever that means) and that I had to buy a new one. They said they couldn't give me the money back but that they could replace that money with credit. I bought a second SIM and it worked for less than 24 hours after being blocked again. I went to the store and it was also a problem with my ID.... is this because I am not from the EU?! I went again to the store (I was there at least 4 times) and there is nothing they can do. That if I want, I can just go to another provider, but that they cannot give my money back. I have bought prepaid SIM cards in four countries... it was never this complicated and I never had such bad customer service. So now, I have two non-working SIM cards, 25 euros less and a formal complaint to...

They took my money and after that they cancelled my order and never returned my money back. Offcours they took one more time my money and the order is not cancelled yet but to confirm my order they want to send me the code to one phone nr that I did not receive it yet( impossible to sign the contract ). SFR has the worst call center and they are not serious. I regret that I made my abbonament on them and I will change them as soon as possible. Don't...
Read moreAbsolutely terrible experience with SFR. I was charged âŹ350 for terminating my contract early, even though no one at the store ever mentioned there was a 1-year commitment. Had I been informed clearly, I would have never signed up in the first place. This is nothing short of a scam â trapping customers with hidden conditions and then slapping them with a massive fine when they try to leave. Customer service was useless and unhelpful, simply repeating policies instead of acknowledging their mistake. I feel completely misled and ripped off. Avoid SFR if you value transparency and...
