This is my second time trying this bakery. I went this time just to try the Almond croissant, but grabbed a normal croissant as well. Let's talk first about the Normal Croissant, My first try the croissant looked Stunning ✨ (From the outside), but lacked even lamination from the inside, as it had very big Air pockets. but the taste was also great, It tastes and aroma are a bit different than other croissants. The price was 2 euros, which is a bit more expensive compared to other bakeries in the area, but good for the quality and the freshness. My second time I found that the lamination were just Perfec!, actually it was the best croissant bite I've taken in my life "texture wise", and this means it deserves the 5 stars now. For the Almond croissant, it's actually one of my favorite one till now in France, I liked that they are using sweet almonds not the bitter ones as alot of bakeries, the looks might not be the best, but it tastes delicious 😋. The portion looks deceivingly small, but its heavy and full of the Almond paste. Still it's not my most favorite Almond croissant of all-time, just because the daugh is still a bit smushed up ( Most bakeries in france use the same method for almond Croissants it seems), and my suggestion would be to add the almond paste after 3/4th of the backing time (if it can be done 🤷🏻). Staff were smiley and very friendly ♥️. Overall a must try bakery,...

Read moreHad the pleasure of dropping into Boulangerie Aristide the other day & was amazed! The quality of the bread, the fact that it's all organic, made and baked on-site, with locally sourced flour makes it all the more appealing! There's a wide selection of loaves to choose from & discover. They have a good range of gluten free breads on offer too!! I would highly recommend visiting this new bakery in Annecy as it'll surely become THE place to go for quality bread in the area with their homemade brioche and freshly made pizza and foccacia too as well as other snacks! The team are super friendly & passionate about what they do so...
