Le Regann — Restaurant in Annecy

What a miserable attitude. Wanted a quick beer because it was 33 degrees and we were hot and tired. We were sent to the non dining tables (fair enough) except the only ones free were in the full heat of the sun. So we asked if we could have our drinks in a shaded area. No. Well can you please put up the umbrellas in the drinking area. No. They are broken. Then we noticed that there were people drinking right where we were talking, in the shade. They overheard and said we’re leaving, have our table. No you can’t said the waiter. They are for diners. Yet it was barely past 6pm and there were no diners. We said we’d be 10 minutes. Nope. Manager’s rule. This place will never see our custom and we cannot recommend it at all. Who knows, we may have enjoyed our drinks and stayed for dinner. Too many other places that have good service and treat people with...

It's really good but the only thing I feel is that the selection of food is lacking... Bagels. It looks like a classy restaurant on the outside and the placement is great but the menu is kind of disappointing. It's more casual dining and the prices are out of this world. For a bagel? I supposed the restaurant is great if you are looking for something more casual. But I don't feel the price...

Je rejoint mon père avec une copine pour boire un ice tea en terrasse il fais beau, chaud Et une pauvre serveuse arrive ( déjà visage fermé) et nous demande ce que nous voulons boire, je lui demande donc une ice tea et m’explique qu’elle n’en a plus en levant les yeux au ciel puis je lui demande un jus de fruit elle me répond d’un air blazé qu’elle n’en a pas non plus et me fais comprendre qu’elle quelle est´impatiente du genre dépêche toi j’ai pas ton temps, je fini par abonner et demander un verre d’eau elle relève une deuxième fois les yeux au ciel et s´en va, on ce regarde moi et ma copine d’un ai choqué, donc ma copine qui es en école d’hôtellerie A thonon l’une des meilleurs d’ailleurs, et moi qui suis en restauration! Honnêtement je n’est jamais mais alors jamais vue ça de ma vie, quelle insolence, irrespect pour les clients, ma copine et moi avons 21ans ( ce qui ne fais pas très vieux ) mais si il faut on peut lui donner des cours de politesse qu’elle revois son éducation, ou qu’elle change de métier! ( une fausse blonde cheveux mi long 45 ans ) j’espère que vos supérieurs vous apprendront ce qu’est le métier...
