La Cuisine des Amis — Restaurant in Annecy

While on a visit to Annecy, as usual, decided to have an early lunch before the restaurants got crowded. Chose Le Cuisine des Amis as they had several “plat du jour” which caught our interest. Ordered the Bouillabaisse de Cabillaud and local fish in cream sauce. Not even 15 minutes after we sat down, the crowd at the des Amis and nearby restaurants began to swell. Lucky us. The Bouillabaisse was very good. Fish was fresh. Taste of the accompanying sauce was a good combination. Despite Annecy being very popular, surprisingly most restaurants quoted reasonable prices. Been lucky so far where meals are concerned. Food God (if there is one) must be smiling down on us....

It's a crowded area ! In the summer ! So services will not be the greatest or the seats ! But they did they best We asked for a burger ! Salad and chicken ! The good in general was good and tasty The prices also was not super expensive taking in consideration the place and location ! Didn't notice any pizza in the menu ! Kids liked it I like the coffee more ! The ice creamer also was great ! Maybe if you visited the place in different times. They be more attention to details or service ! But in general it's a good option and much better than other places I have been there at the...

To our luck this place was open to serve food at around 4:30pm. Which is unusual for many restaurants in the area. They close their kitchens between 3 pm - 6pm.

We placed our order, but we noticed the man who took our order wasn't pleasant or for some reason unhappy. Although we asked upfront if they can serve us food and he said yes. We asked for the Wi-Fi password, he said yes we have Wi-Fi, but then he just walked away..

The food was good, and the prices are not too expensive, our lunch costed us approximately 40 euros...
