Croq'Vit — Restaurant in Arrondissement of Nanterre

Well i have to say i did expect nothing, went there with my gf last week and really loved it.

Fair prices, nice welcoming and very quick. I think you better get there before 12 or 12 sharp because there's a lot of people for take away.

Food was just very nice, ordered satay beef with rice (even tho satay shall be a bit softer i think) and the taste was very nice, a bit spicy and really enjoyed. Had a dessert that was very nice but i was already full without it (same for my gf).

I ll come back, and it might become one...

Le Croq'Vit est un restaurant assez atypique. Comme son nom l'indique, on est plutôt sur un concept de FastFood. C'est d'ailleurs dans cet esprit qu'on fait la queue (comme dans tous les restaurants de La Défense) : on commande son plat ou son menu au patron, et la patronne en cuisine prépare la commande avant que son mari ne vous l'apporte à table. Les plats changent tous les jours (gage de fraîcheur), on ne sait donc jamais trop ce qu'on va y manger. Mais il y a toujours 3 ou 4 plats au choix : 2 plats traditionnels genre Steack ou Poulet Frites, et deux plats d'origine asiatiques comme les phat thai, les Bò bún et autres Bœuf lôc lac. C'est souvent très réussi, quelque fois trop salé ou trop épicé, mais toujours très voire trop copieux. On a du mal à finir les portions. Le restaurant est vite complet et il faut donc faire la queue, mais le patron se débrouille toujours pour vous retrouver.
