The location is very cozy. It truly reminded me a mountain chalet, even if I visited it during summer. I went there to try the raclette. It was a tough but satisfying experience. The quantity of food provided exceeded my expectations. I managed to eat all the "charcuterie" provided however I left some cheese, pickles and potatos (the last two ones are unlimited in quantity). We matched the raclette with a lunch menu which allowed us to taste also the wine and the dessert. The small bottle of wine was appropriate for two glasses and was ok. The apple pie was good. I paid only 38 euro but came out from the place walking veeeery slow! I was completely stuffed.

I know this is a restaurant and a different country than I live in. The bib lettuce was fabulous nice and fresh and the goat cheese and the pastry puff was unbelievable. The presentation of the wine was fabulous. The only fault I can find is with the restaurant and all restaurants is, the bathroom is either in the basement or upstairs. My favorite part was the door greeter, a beautiful little cat. I am a diabetic so I really watch what I eat I never eat desserts at night. The chocolate mousse was much richer than I am. The creme brulee was very tasty. A thin sweet crust and a lovely custard. The next morning my sugar was right in range.

Our friends took us to this raclette place where they said if we could finish our slice of raclette, then they'd give us another. I thought "easy peasy", but no... this hunk of cheese was massive. Filling, but massive. We got our own cheese heaters at the table along with bread, meats, and my favorite - pickles! 🥒 I would highly recommend wearing clothes you don't care about, because it will smell like cheese for a while 🧀. We were there for our agency dinner to celebrate the success of our achievers. (We were all the way from overseas)

Food is more than decent. But as someone who is more inclined to Asian food so I’m rating 3 stars. No offence

However, the atmosphere was so good, giving off the overall vibe of somewhere in your neighbourhood that you will not hesitate to drop by. I just feel so at home. Seeing how the the owner (this beautiful lady) is so familiar with everyone was an amazing sight - people with kids, people with pets, walking past, driving past. I’m not exaggerating, everyone just stopped by, call out to her, hug her and spoke to her. This means a lot.

Lastly, thank you to all the staff servicing us on that night. You guys are just simply beautiful people. We love Paris even more coz...

Been in this place more than 10 times and always delicious! The best raclette ever! And highly recommend their Irish coffee.

Update: I went back last weekend and not super cool experience...

Everything was ok as usual (good food, good wine, good service), unfortunately when we were leaving another customer (friend of the manager/owner- I don't know) shouted at me "buenas noches guapa" when we were leaving. Of course this was super unconfortable for me and my boyfriend. We have been there several times and this never happened before, but it was super disappointing to see the manager laughing instead of doing something to stop the harrassment of his friend/vip customer... The traditional raclette melted cheese and fondue best place in Neuilly and around. Make sure that you make reservations in advance because it is always packed. In winter very busy and you have to be very brave to have this dish during summer! The place is nice and service good. Family and group oriented is a good evening plan for dinner in group. Aware that the place has a ground level area and a basement (no handicap access) and if you do not ask for that you could end downstairs: place is good but is is kind of close. Ambience try to bring the stile of mountain restaurants and decorated with old time skis. Unless die hard cheese lover do not dress with your best clothes: they will smell a long after leaving...
