We were there for our agency dinner to celebrate the success of our achievers. (We were all the way from overseas)

Food is more than decent. But as someone who is more inclined to Asian food so I’m rating 3 stars. No offence

However, the atmosphere was so good, giving off the overall vibe of somewhere in your neighbourhood that you will not hesitate to drop by. I just feel so at home. Seeing how the the owner (this beautiful lady) is so familiar with everyone was an amazing sight - people with kids, people with pets, walking past, driving past. I’m not exaggerating, everyone just stopped by, call out to her, hug her and spoke to her. This means a lot.

Lastly, thank you to all the staff servicing us on that night. You guys are just simply beautiful people. We love Paris even more coz...

Been in this place more than 10 times and always delicious! The best raclette ever! And highly recommend their Irish coffee.

Update: I went back last weekend and not super cool experience...

Everything was ok as usual (good food, good wine, good service), unfortunately when we were leaving another customer (friend of the manager/owner- I don't know) shouted at me "buenas noches guapa" when we were leaving. Of course this was super unconfortable for me and my boyfriend. We have been there several times and this never happened before, but it was super disappointing to see the manager laughing instead of doing something to stop the harrassment of his friend/vip customer... The traditional raclette melted cheese and fondue best place in Neuilly and around. Make sure that you make reservations in advance because it is always packed. In winter very busy and you have to be very brave to have this dish during summer! The place is nice and service good. Family and group oriented is a good evening plan for dinner in group. Aware that the place has a ground level area and a basement (no handicap access) and if you do not ask for that you could end downstairs: place is good but is is kind of close. Ambience try to bring the stile of mountain restaurants and decorated with old time skis. Unless die hard cheese lover do not dress with your best clothes: they will smell a long after leaving...
