It was my first time going there and it was terrible I ordered a 9 pc chicken deal and they only give me 8 pcs I give it back she gives me one more pc of chicken and then I tell her in a polite way the fries are cold and she touches my food which in my opinion is very disrespectful, because in other countries if u even touch the food as a customer and you want to replace it they throw the other food away also the staff wasn't even wearing gloves. After that I ask her for the sauce she says it wasn't included in your order and then I show her my receipt and she gives the sauce to. The next time I go there firstly I order and then I go up to sit. I went to the counter and I ask how much time will it take and she ignores me then I ask again and she ignores me again, so I just leave it and go to my seat. After 2 to 3mins I got and I tell her that can you make the fries fresh she says ok and after some time the food comes and the fries were decent and also the chicken but they gave me 3 pcs of chicken wings and I ask her can you please change this she starts talking a bit rudly which I didn't like and then finally she changed it after that we also got the sauce. Then I ask her can I have the cola without ice because it was filled with ice so she says without ice will be half cup then after some asking she gave it to us but they didn't have the apple juice so they asked what would you like in compensation and they gave us options so we said a sundae and she said it will be half cup we said no plz make it full and she did...

Dear Popeyes Management,
I am writing to formally express my deep dissatisfaction with the appalling experience I had at your La Défense location today.
Not only was my order delayed by over 30 minutes, but when it finally arrived, every item was cold: the fries, the burger, and the chicken. To make matters worse, the ice cream had completely melted. This level of service is unacceptable from any restaurant, let alone an international chain that claims to value quality and customer satisfaction.
When I politely raised this issue with three different staff members, each one deflected responsibility and blamed the kitchen. This lack of accountability and basic customer service is extremely disappointing. I returned the meal and asked for it to be remade. It has now been over 15 minutes, and I am still waiting — no sign of my food.
To make matters even more frustrating, I found no clear way to submit a formal complaint. How is it that Popeyes France has no customer feedback or complaint platform readily available? This shows a serious disregard for customer voices and...

It took over 45 minutes for them to inform me that they had lost my order, even though the restaurant was practically empty. The person delivering the food was engrossed in his phone and kept walking away. When someone approached the register, I requested a refund simultaneously with the order arriving. After fulfilling all the orders for customers who came after me, they simply abandoned me. I strongly advise anyone considering dining here to steer clear of this establishment. It’s clear that the management lacks professionalism, motivation, and customer service skills. Not to mention the person who refunded me didn’t even apologize or cared.
