Le Paradis du Fruit — Restaurant in Arrondissement of Nanterre

We were on a visiting trip to Paris and thought we’ld do some shopping in Westfield and have brunch. We came before the opening time and they asked us to wait for 10 minutes. So we did. Then we got seated by the girl waiting by the entrance, she didn’t look happy that we asked for a specific seating place. She was not welcoming at all. She seated other customers and we had been waiting to order, so after a while the man at the bar called her and let her know we were ready. Instead of coming to get our order, she tells the man that ‘it’s not her, it’s Françoise!’ (‘Ce n’est pas moi, c’est Françoise!’).

She left to go to the entrance and came back to take the order of the other customers who came after us!!

So we left, and the other girl (the black girl with short hair - for reference) was so kind and insisted to remediate the situation but at that point we were disappointed with the service and left. All in all left a bad impression on the service, poor attitude from that waitress, kudos to the man at the bar and the black girl at the entrance for trying to save the situation. But I guess after reading the other feedback, there is a big problem with the waiters there!!

Certainly not a paradise!...

[New update] Rude staff especially the manager and the receptionist, they literally asked us to leave because we didn’t like our seat and changed it. In addition to the fact I saw a waitress asking that manager I want my break ( she was so desperate) he didn’t even look at her. I understand now why so many have left this restaurant over the year. It used to be good and friendly but now with this new manager and receptionist who think that clients are their children, you shouldn’t dare to go there. They are other outlets but the one in “les 4 temps la defence” avoid it, especially if you are in family or in couple or with friends. In that case I will suggest to go to hippopotamus, there the staff is friendly, welcoming, good and spacious atmosphere, nobody will ask you to leave because you are not comfortable with your seat. we arrived 12h40, after waiting for 30mins finally got a table of 5, long waiting is due to bad organization, as we see several tables of 4 ppl getting free, but nobody is organizing for us to move the table.

entering th resto, sitting down fo 20mins, nobody came for serving o takig orders, not ever served water. we asked two servers in the main time, always:my colleague will come to take orders.

zero organization.

1 hour and 10mins after arriving,we still didnt eat. no water on thr table.
