Nous avons dîné chez Shizuku et c’était tout simplement excellent ! En entrée, nous avons pris les Ravioli Grille Fat Maison – savoureux, parfaitement cuits et pleins de goût. Ensuite, les Tonkotsu Ramen et Tantanmen Ramen étaient tous deux délicieux : riches, authentiques et parfaitement équilibrés

We had dinner at Shizuku, and it was absolutely fantastic! For starters, we had the Ravioli Grille Fat Maison – full of flavor, perfectly cooked, and beautifully presented. Then we tried the Tonkotsu Ramen and Tantanmen Ramen, both of which were incredibly delicious – rich, authentic, and perfectly balanced.

The ambiance is very pleasant – modern yet cozy – and the service was outstanding: friendly, attentive, and professional. The location in Kobe Valley is super chill and very central, just a short walk from the ROR Station.

Clearly one of the best ramen you will ever have a chance to eat. What I liked particurarly were super tasty and fresh ingredients and spicy sauce served separately so everyone can adjust ramen to desired spicy level. Perfect ramen pasta which doesn’t get watery even if staying in liquid for some time. Proportion of the different ingredients was just perfect. Okay, perhaps the egg alone could have been bigger. For starters we ordered Poulet Kara-age and Takoyaki. Takoyaki were were interesting fishy balls. Marinated egg, perfectly cooked. Both the noodles and soup taste delicious.

Big plus for the karaage, unlike most ramen shops in Paris, Shizuku karaage is marinated in soy sauce giving it the great flavor. (Just like in Japan) Didn't love the meat but all things considered we can close an eye on that.
