Sweet Lab — Restaurant in Arrondissement of Nanterre

Two weeks ago, I bought a whole big nuage cake and the last piece of mini moelleux. After paying I found that the moelleux is broken. The staff was too careless to drop it to her body. She proposed to give me a beignet. I refused and want the remboursement. But she could not reimburse me because I paid by card? So I left and told her I will come to take it next time.

One week later, I went back to the bakery again for my weekly treats. I mentioned this request to the staff again (the same staff and apparently she remembered that). But she refused to give me the moelleux and insisted that reimbursement was impossible either. At the end, she gave it, she was so arrogant and talked with me like I was trying to blackmail her (0.75 euro). So I was in no mood to buy the other products . The same stuff just ruined my weekly treats again.

I felt the customer service was extremely poor, only business. I visited Sarah’s Baker on December 31, 2020, ordered a Galette Roi and two Baguettes, I paid and was handed my Galette Roi. I realized thirty seconds later after I exited the boulangerie I wasn’t handled my two baguettes. I returned to the boulangerie, I explained what happened and was told in a loud voice that it was my fault that I forgot the baguettes. I was so offended that I then explained that I would not return to this boulangerie again because of the customer service I received from the staff. This place has one of the best pastries and Viennoiserie in Paris, tried for the first time on thursday and as of writing this review on Saturday, I already visited them 5 times in 3 days and probably will visit again soon tomorrow morning!. Their Macaron Chocolat is my personal favorite. Financier Pistacsche is also very good. In fact, all of their pastries are really tasty and worth it.

I also liked their service. Even though I do not speak much of French, they are always ready with a smile to help me choosing the pastry.
