Best place for Burgers in Biarritz. Period. As an American and a food critic, I’m telling you. Do not go anywhere else.

The bread is freshly made, the quality of the meat is incredible, the cheese is melted, the salad is fresh & the bacon is crispy. They have a habit of cutting the burger in two so you can easily bite into it. Most of their sauces are homemade and the staff is beyond friendly.

They have inside and outside sitting. I recommend inside, however you should call in advance to reserve a table. They also have a To Go option, this is where all the locals grab their burgers. The price and the experience makes you want to come back as soon as possible.

After reading many positive reviews, I decided to visit this place and try their burger. The place was really crowded, but I was pleasantly surprised that I only had to wait about 10 minutes for my order. The burger turned out to be delicious. The patty was cooked medium by default—it was juicy with a nice, rich meat flavor. The sauce was in just the right amount—not too spicy, but flavorful and well-balanced. Wow, these were great burgers. A little different than what you might get in the States but you're in France, enjoy the differences. Huge selection of very creative hamburgers. Menus in English. They were cooked perfectly to our orders. One was medium and the other medium rare. The chips were quite tasty as well. Placed was packed so it took a couple minutes to get seated. Service was amazing. Our burgers arrived really quickly. Barely had time to drink our local Basque beers. They don't rush you out like they do...
