The service is really in need of improvement. Our waiter was very rude both to us and to nearby tables. Upon placing our order and asking for clarification, the waiter responded with attitude and wasn't helpful at all. We were still in the process of placing our order when we were contemplating on the choice dessert. The waiter informed us that it was too late to change our dessert choice, as he had already sent our 3 courses meal order. The dessert was a gâteau basque and we wished to change it to a cheese board but our wish was refused. Considering both dishes are cold and not prepared à la minute, there was no reasoning why the swap could not happen. Moreover another table was ordering next to us and the same waiter was giving attitude to the man ordering and he was being super rude. His phrase was "Were you planning to let me know this year or do you think I can read your mind!?!" about whether the man was ordering from the set menu or the à la carte. If you are vegetarian or vegan, do NOT go here. They do have one (1) "vegetarian course" but it consists of a platter of raw vegetables for starter ("vegan" does not mean "I'm a rabbit". The main course is a soy steak which is lower quality than you can buy in the supermarket. Biggest disappointment in the 2+ years that I've been vegan, by far. The fries were admittedly quite nice. Personnel was friendly and helpful, but I would highly recommend the waiters to just say "no" when asked if they have vegan/vegetarian options. Better go somewhere else where they have actually...

We walked around town, ended up in the old town of Bordeaux and what a surprise this is.

As it was saturday night it was difficult to go to big famous places without a reservation. So walking around and feeling witty made us deciding to eat here. It looked frence and local… and it is.

My opinion you get value for money and you have a good evening

Points of improvement: the waiters look rushed it is busy but you will sell more if you take time and look around whom...
