l went to the resturant filled with hope. l'm an ex-pat who loves curry. I read the reviews here and drove over an hour just for this resturant. The decor is nice, staff polite, but sadly that is the good bit.

l was given some complimentary 2 day old microwaved cold popadoms and some aweful drink. Not the best start, but hey, they were free, so forget it. Next thing seemed a little off, my wife ordered a Coca cola. What she got was some cheap nasty version of cola, even though the bottle l saw it come from was a Coca Cola bottle.

Entres came, well presented, the taste was there, but luke warm, and on an ice cold tray, so the food was getting colder buy the second. Also 1 of the sheek kebabs was undercooked and inedible.

Mains came, again, well presented, nice flavour, but cold, the food should have been piping hot. It's crazy, the flavours and taste were there, freshly made, but just cold, i don't get it.

Went here for a dinner for two. The food was great, really tasty and flavoursome. ( as a lot of places in bordeaux , the food was not spicy even if it indicates it will be) . Service overall was super. Prices are fair. However, we did feel a little bit rushed after we had finished eating . We had booked our table , and after one hour we had finished eating but still had a glass of wine left. We were asked four times during this glass of wine if we would like dessert or the bill. I would understand if we had been there a long time, but we hadn't been. Perhaps the servers were trying to be attentive and nice, but it felt as though we had to order something more or leave.

Overall, I would definitely recommend this restaurant . But it is very busy they want to clear the tables as soon...
