Dis Leur — Restaurant in Bordeaux

My wife and I have passed by Dis Leur often as it is very close to our apartment, but only just last night got the opportunity to visit, boy have we been missing out!

We opted for the tapas share board and were treated with some of the best food we’ve experienced in Bordeaux! Everything was masterfully crafted and tasted so good. The staff was all super friendly and helpful with recommendations. We sat at the bar and watched as they were attentive and helpful to the ongoing flow of customers. Having a view into the small kitchen and watching the talented chef work was also a fun bonus. We paired our plate with a bottle of red wine and then shared the dessert plate, another delicious offering. Neither my wife nor I are vegans but appreciate the vegan lifestyle and would honestly not be able to tell any difference, the food was so tasty we left nothing left on our plates, so impressive!

We are kicking ourselves for not visiting sooner but are so glad we made it in last night, this will be a regular restaurant in our rotation moving forward, excited to see what they cook up...

Места внизу не рекомендую. Душно, жарко и эстетически не красиво. А вот наверху вполне приятно, хотя тесновато.

Сервис специфический Очень чванливая девица в роли хостесс. Менее гостеприимного человека в секторе туризма не видела. Хорошо что взаимодействие с ней заканчивается довольно таки быстро.

А вот фициантка милая. Всё объясняет, но явно зашивается в одиночку мотать между этажами с не очень безопасной лестницей. Хотя выглядит вполне счастливой, что радует и располагает к заказу еды.

Оказалось что из летнего меню есть тапас, сырная тарелка и холодный суп. Но есть возможность взять ассорти и попробовать всё. Что мы и сделали.

Сырная тарелка из двух видов сыра (не обманывайтесь количеством, сыр реально сытный, ибо сделан из кешью. И одной тарелки хватит вполне на двух взрослых. Вкус идеального ферментированного веган сыра.

Ассорти тапас туда входит стаканчик с холодным свекольным супом. В жаркий день было бы отлично, но мы пришли уже прохладным вечером, так что охлаждаться не очень хотелось. Овощи во фритюре в виде лука, кабачка и гриба очень классные, в меру мягкие внутри и не супер масляный фритюр. Удачно. Фри хорошее с двумя домашними соусами кетчуп и майонез. Грисини с хумусом прикольные. А вот маленькие полента не понравились, но мне в целом никакая полента не нравится, так что тут чисто дело вкуса.

А вот то что изумило это сейтан. Обычно его готовят то слишком сухим, то слишком мягким, то ещё каким-то неудобоваривым. Каким богам молиться повар что у него получается такой шедевр неизвестно, но это чудо чудное диво дивное. Сейтан потрясающий. Это обязательно брать и пробовать.

Дополнительно мы взяли затем картошку фри и ещё овощи во фритюре. Но не осилили в итоге.

Когда заказываешь кажется что мало всего будет, но отчего то всё такое сытное. У них рассчитывается на количество человек, так что берите ассорти тапас и сырную тарелку.

Ассорти из сладостей это мастхэв. Вы попробуете местные вкусности в веган вариации. Нам понравилось всё. Маленькие нежные, вкусные, лёгкие. Потрясающе.

Il faut absolument parler de ce petit resto fort choupi.

Plus sérieusement, c'est un vrai coup de cœur que j'ai eu pour ce restaurant un soir de début juillet. Tout est absolument top.

Déjà la salle. Petite, certes, mais très bien aménagée, pas trop bruyante malgré qu'elle soit complète, joliment décorée avec ses belles ardoises rédigées avec soin et où la pierre bordelaise est ravivée par la présence de jolies plantes. Avec vue sur la cuisine par la verrière style atelier.

Ensuite le service. La serveuse (et je suppose cogérante) est absolument charmante, souriante, professionnelle et rapide. Quelle efficacité un soir en plein rush, elle nous a épaté. Aux petits soins, à remarquer rapidement le manque d'eau ou de pain. De très bons conseils sur sa carte, et a pris le temps de nous présenter chaque tapas

Bien entendu, on va parler des plats (tapas en été). Je n'exagère pas quand je vous dit que je n'ai jamais mangé d'aussi bonnes tapas au restaurant. Tout était exquis, on en a redemandé. L'assiette de fromages vegans était une très bonne surprise. J'adore le fromage vegan, j'en consomme tous les jours des différents, mais ceux-là comment dire... goûtez-les. Ensuite l'assiette de desserts, j'ai adoré aussi sauf (et c'est une question de goût, clairement) l'infusion froide au gingembre, mais c'est un détail. Bravo au chef.

Le rapport qualité prix est très correct, certes c'est un peu cher, mais la qualité est au rendez-vous.

Je salue les multiples partenariats avec des producteurs locaux, le choix des produits frais et de saison (bio pour la plupart je crois...) et bien entendu, le tout VEGETALIEN. 💛

Merci à cet établissement de mettre aussi bien en valeur l'alimentation végétale ! ✊ Je reviendrai sans hésiter, d'ailleurs j'ai hâte !
