As you also read in some other reviews, the owner/waitress is quite pushy to get you order more. She directly showed me an upset face for not ordering a drink with my lunch; later with rather pushy tone asked me “which” cake i want and without pausing started to introduce them all to me. I fell for it and ordered one and found out later: it cost 7€!!! I mean it tastes good but is definitely overpriced. A wonderful and friendly neighborhood cafe. The lady there could speak a little bit of English and was very friendly and helpful.

I was adventurous and just tried a cake they showcased in the glass at the cafe. The cake was delicious & the coffee was served on a beautiful coffee cup with a matching plate. Good afternoon past time. Dont think there is Wifi there back then, but it was ok, so easy to get a travel SIM anyway.

I would go there again if I have the chance to visit...

Cute little place with a warm indoor ambience and outdoor seating area. Great for afternoon tea. We really enjoyed the lemon meringue pie, it was divine. The génoise cake with fresh strawberries and vanilla cream was also delicious. The scones are ok but could be flakier. The cheesecake needs improvement. Overall, I would definitely visit again to have the lemon meringue pie and maybe try a few other desserts that I didn’t get a chance...
