Le voyage culinaire se poursuit dans des assiettes construites avec audace : desserts qui osent rĂ©inventer le riz en quĂȘte de transcendance. Cette tentative dâemmener le pudding vers de nouveaux cieux demeure cependant suspendue, inachevĂ©e, comme une phrase restĂ©e en suspens.
La poitrine de veau, par ailleurs, tĂ©moigne dâune cuisson juste, mais la coupe choisie â avec un ratio gras/viande dĂ©sĂ©quilibrĂ© â sâest avĂ©rĂ©e une limite que la cuisine aurait pu anticiper. Lâaccompagnement, trop salĂ©, accentua cette impression.
Lâensemble demeure toutefois une expĂ©rience intĂ©ressante, avec un rapport qualitĂ©-prix honnĂȘte, une maison qui ose, qui cherche, et parfois touche Ă la grĂące.

The portions are fair specially the hot dishes. Appetizers are out of the box, but the hot dishes are just amazing.
