I had a horrible experience; Please save your money if you want something else than alcohol DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY IN THAT BUSINESS ;

I saw the woman in the bar Preparing my hot chocolate with water before adding the milk; At first, I thought I knew what she was doing so I waited to taste; The result was horrible; I asked for Hot chocolate and I got some water with milk;

I asked for a refund and didn’t even touched the beverage; she refused

I’ve then asked to talk to the manager. She said she was family with the owner and totally ignored my demand to talk to the supervisor or the manager; Obviously, she was lying

She even said that she refused to give me the phone number of the manager because he was supposedly home sick ; Another big fat lie.

I told her that I did my studies in France studying hôtellerie et restauration; and never ever in my life have I seen Bartender preparing hot chocolate with a quarter of water in it; I am very disappointed And I felt Disrespected as a customer;

She clearly stole my money; So please, if you want something prepared by a good staff do not set a foot in that business; But of course, if all you want is some basic alcohols to get drunk; You can go obviously they don’t prepare it themselves;

Etant un groupe de 3 filles et 3 garçons, nous nous sommes fais virer de force par le propriétaire lorsque nous étions en pleine partie de billard. Depuis que la partie a débuté, nous avions remarqué que ce dernier nous regardait extrêmement mal et attendait le moindre faux pas de notre part. Toutes les personnes à l'intérieur étaient choquées de sa réaction lorsqu'il s'est rapproché rapidement et violemment d'une personne de notre groupe pour le forcer physiquement à quitter le bar tout en débitant des insultes en anglais (ce que j'aurai personnellement compris si nous avions trop bu et que l'on aurait dérangé, ce qui ne fut pas le cas) pour cause qu'elle buvait son verre "trop proche" du billard. En lisant les précédents avis, je suis choqué de voir que nous ne sommes pas le premier groupe à qui cela arrive (et je ris de voir le propriétaire traiter les auteurs des avis de menteur), à fuir de toute urgence. Merci au videur qui a calmé la situation et qui a pris le temps de nous écouter. Un mot au propriétaire : faites du sport, on ne défoule pas sa colère et sa frustration sur ses clients.
