Had a nice quick lunch at Soa! Found them through an online search for plant-based options in the area. Was so happy to find this corner gem! I had the Forest Risotto for 12,50. It was very creamy with a nice umami flavour from the mushrooms and subtlely smoked tofu. The cheesy mouthfeel was not lost at all! I also purchased a Coconut Cinnamon Japanese Pearls to-go (4,20). It was similar to a tapioca pudding. Unfortunately, I could barely taste the cinnamon. Perhaps I grabbed a cup from their freezer section that was missing the cinnamon, or it was extremely sparsely used. However, it was still a fantastic dessert or snack. The coconut shavings were plentiful.
