Hidden gem of a place! You may not know that Lewis Capaldi has a twin brother called Matthieu working here! Go see for yourself! It’s not a tourist trap, and they generously serve delicious restaurant dishes with a perfectly friendly style - the entire team are suave and genuinely care for your enjoyment.

The food is epic and they are keen to recommend dishes you would not cook for yourself. (They do not point you towards the most pricy dishes the way some places do) The vegetable accompaniments are as fabulous as the main, and even the mash is sublime.

I recommend the terrine & toast, pork knuckle, and “if apple pie and crepe suzette had a baby” (buckwheat apple crepe)

Well, we returned and the food is even better! Simply stunning!

Matthieu actually remembered me, and the service was impeccable; so many people could learn from his personable and charming approach.

You simply must try the ham knuckle, apple buckwheat pancake for pudding, chestnut mustard with pate for starters and the capaccio of beef... And those fries....

We actually wish we lived closed...

Vraiment très déçue ! Ayant une 1ère fois venue avec des amies, j'avais aimé le cadre et la cuisine, ce samedi 7 octobre j'avais réservé une table 3 JOURS A L'AVANCE, en précisant auprès de la demoiselle une table assise car la personne m'accompagnant étant handicapée, je souhaitais une table basse et non des chaises hautes, la personne me dit ok je note.....quelle fût pas ma surprise en premier lieu de nous voir attribuer une table haute !! De là je montre mon mécontentement et surtout le personnel constate l'handicap de mon ami. La seule réponse que l'on me donne : NOUS SOMMES DÉSOLÉS. Mais désolé de quoi ???? Il y avait possibilité d'inverser une table basse de 2 personnes avec la notre, les tables n'étant pas occupée lors de notre arrivée, mais non trop compliqué pour eux, pis surtout on préfère accepter des grandes tables, qu'une table de 2 personnes. DONC UN CONSEIL SI VOUS ÊTES UNE PERSONNE A MOBILITÉ RÉDUITE N'ALLAIT SURTOUT PAS RÉSERVÉ UNE TABLE LÀ BAS, VOTRE DEMANDE NE SERA PAS RESPECTÉ !!!
