4 star because it’s in France. May have localized the taste to suits the local here. It has being more then a week since I have any Asian food so this worked well for me. Service is very good. Value for money.

De passage, nous avons beaucoup apprécié la pause déjeuner chez" PHO 16" accueillant, propre. Repas délicieux. Salle spacieuse. Boeuf lôc lac, crevettes poivre et sel , Excellent ! Parfaite maîtrise des épices. Plutôt copieux et servi bien chaud. Vous ne serez pas déçus. Découverte des glaces japonaises. Plusieurs marques de bière proposées, chinoise, japonaises.

Ce lieu est parfait sur Cognac pour les amoureux de nourriture asiatique. Un choix varié mais raisonnable. Le phô était delicieux mais donne chaud lol, non pas car épicé mais donne réellement chaud, parfait en hiver^^. Les xiaolongbao était très bon aussi, je me suis régalé. Le service est très bien, personnel très sympathique et de bon conseils. Enfin la salle est très belle, propre, décoration soigné et prix dans la moyenne des restaurants de ce standing.
