Un jeune chef d'une trentaine d'années, natif de la grande métropole chinoise de Canton, autrement appelée Guangzhou (Sud de la Chine). Sa cuisine est subtile et authentique. L'accueil est chaleureux. Entrées: Rouleaux chinois parfumés à coeur, les calmars au poivre et au sel sont fondants à souhait, les nouilles sautées sont excellentes. Pour finir, il faut absolument découvrir: le canard laqué ou canard pékinois, présenté selon la tradition chinoise avec ses crêpes de riz garnies de fines lanières de chou pe-tsaï, de concombre et de ses deux sauces indispensables dont la succulente sauce aux prunes de Chine.
