I have been customer here since August 1987. I no longer need to see the menu before ordering.
It is a very pleasant family style pizzeria with good Italian food. The place is popular and close to the border so finding a free table can be hard. It is recommended to reserve a table in advance.
A few years ago they started to sell take away pizza + lasagna. In the evening you can phone starting around 18:30 and the pizza will be ready 30 minutes later, starting 19:00 when the door opens.
The restaurant has been entirely renovated the last years. The big kitchen in inox and ordering is in the ground floor. A huge, rotating pizza oven is capable of making 100s of pizzas per meal. The rotation ensures the pizza is equally cooked everywhere. It takes 3 people to feed the oven during busy hours. A food elevator brings the food upstairs.
There is a new, beautiful stairs in granite to the dining room in first floor. It has a few tables which can accomodate large groups of people, some tables for 4 persons and a few for 2. The food is served in white, design porcelain. The quality cutlery is made in Italy and makes it easy to cut pizza crust and meat. Upstairs you also find a design WC in the hall (V&B).
During summertime you can eat outside in the court next to the big parking...
Read moreI absolutely love this place! I've been coming here every day for the past 6 weeks, and I can't get enough. The pizzas, pastas, salads—everything on the menu is top-notch, easily 10/10. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, always making me feel at home. While I usually do takeout (the downstairs staff is especially warm and kind), I’m always greeted with a smile. I’m a big fan of their ricotta cheese, and I love that they offer substitutions on the pizzas (if they have the ingredients). The truffle pasta is simply to die for—it's that good! I also highly recommend their classic Margherita pizza. It’s a perfect classic and always delicious. Don’t forget to grab some ice cream on your way out; it's the perfect ending to any meal! Oh, and if you do takeout, they have a great stamp card deal: after 10 pizzas, your 11th one is free! Highly...
Read moreThis Pizzeria is probably the best in the Pays de Gex. The staff is really kind. If you go early, the waiting time is nothing. The pizzas are excellent and made by Italian chefs in the kitchen.
I have lost count of how many pizzas there are on the menu but I do know that,if you’re with a kid, they can make them smaller. You can also do takeaway which I do every Friday evening.
One thing I almost forgot 😅 is that you can ask for a “carte de fidélité“. It works like this: there are ten circles on it and,for example, if you by four pizzas, four circles will be marked. Once every circle is marked, you receive a free pizza!
I really recommend this...
