Please do not waste your time. The service here is HORRIBLE.

The lady (I’m assuming the owner/manager) has probably one of the worst attitudes ever and extremely aggressive. I’m speaking from experience as well as what I observed in her interaction with others.

We ordered food that took extremely long to arrive (appx 40 min). We were very patient but we started to notice that people who arrived after us not only received their entrees but paid their bill and we STILL didn’t receive our food. When we finally approached the manager, she scolded us for not being patient as opposed to apologizing for the wait. At least our server felt bad. She apologized but I feel like she was apologizing not just for the tardiness of the food but more so out of embarrassment for the treatment we experienced by her manager.

When the bill finally came, my partner began to question why we were charged for rice when the manager led us to believe the rice was part of the entree I ordered. If I knew it was separate, I wouldn’t have ordered it. When my partner asked about it, she said it was separate and she claimed she never mentioned it was a part of the entree. She then proceeded to double down on her comments to say, “this is France and this is how things are done in this country.” This woman gives this country a bad name. What she did was very deceptive.

When I called her on it, she told me I should “calm down” but I wasn’t yelling at her. I was only communicating my frustration about what she did and said. The entire experience was disconcerting and left me feeling nonplussed. My partner and I have been to France many times before and never had such an experience like this. After all of this, the food was just OK.

There are many places to go in the area. Don’t bother wasting your money unless your into being...

I want 00 no stars. Absolute worst meal I have ever had. My friend insisted on Peking Duck which only came for 2 persons so for Euros 60 we had dry duck no plum sauce and grizzled skin with duck still on bone. Pancakes cold service lousey. Attitude of manager totally unacceptable! Even Singha beer was lukewarm. Duck looked like regurgitated left overs. Last time curries we're acceptable but service even worse. So no 3rd try on this one. You NEVER can get good food from restaurants they say they serve 3 or 4 different cuisines but friend is British and demand. Sushi awful and smelly. No genuine flavor. Go to Picard and defrost frozen food for better quality and taste. When I quietly complained hostess/manager screamed at me I wasn't fair. I lived and worked in China and Thailand for 40 years and went to grad school in Tokyo so I know what each of these cuisines should taste like. This was worst of all and not even having any French flavors. I cannot be negative enough. We went elsewhere for coffee and dessert because we weren't even served 1/2 duck and still hungry. Save money and time. Tasteless give it broad miss for Asian...

So, this place is really a lovely experience. We had dinner one night, and were quickly seated without a reservation. Great patio, right next to the old city walls and the yacht harbor. Service was the best we've had in France - waiters scanning the room for anything that needs attention, several people checking back to make sure everything was to our liking. Very good. The food is a combo of several asian flavors, but primarily Vietnamese and Thai. We had the sampler appetizer, which was great (especially the mint salad in the middle), along with the Tom Kha soup and another Vietnamese mint salad. All was delivered promptly and tasted as good as anything I've had in the US or Thailand or Vietnam. The mojitos were the only miss - the rum they used was a little raspy - more like a cachaça than a rum. Otherwise, top notch. Totally recommend for you in Antibes when you're tired of...
