The culinary offerings are exceptional. We had the entrecôte, which was nothing short of perfection—a tender, flavorful cut of meat cooked to absolute excellence. The price was a pleasant surprise, reflecting the outstanding quality of the dish. We also sampled the beef tartare, an inventive twist on a classic. The addition of burrata inside the tartare was a delightful surprise, adding a creamy richness that set it apart from the typical fare found in Cannes.

The drinks at Chez Papé are equally impressive. Each cocktail is crafted with precision and care, making it well worth indulging in one, two, or even three. The balance of flavors and the skill of the mixologists shine through in every sip.

The service was good, they had a DJ for atmosphere but unfortunately our food wasn’t properly cooked. We got the (steamed?) ravioli (huge dumplings) that were very not completely cooked and some parts of the dough was still raw. The second dish that we got was supposed to contain lamb but it was difficult to distinguish because it has been cooked for a very long time.

Even tho the spices were interesting I could not help but think that the dishes were not well rounded and lacked composition. I would have been happy for a bistro but...
