Serving up a memorable experience, unique to any destination travelled thus far. La Souata delivers an experience as flavorful and satisfying as it's menu.

The last stop at the end of a long line of tourist restaurants, this final destination is well worth the walk. Tables are plentiful outside, and spaced well for dining privacy. The menu changes frequently, so you will have to stop by and discover what is in store that day.

And then there is the staff. What is there to say, about as friendly and engaging as you can possibly imagine. They will not stop untill you are completely taken care of. Their service and crowd of regulars reflect a long tradition of pride in what they do for a living (even if slightly off the wall - just go to the bathroom and see for yourself).

Food was delicious and plentiful. Menu is traditional French Corsican. Prices are typical for the area. Wait times tend to be longer, but have patience, it is well worth it. And finally, bring your French with you. Nobody speaks English. And...

The food was very tasty and we were served and advised very nicely. The quality-performance ratio is very good, as you can get really good meat for as little as €19. You immediately felt comfortable because you were looked after so well. There is free deodorant, sanitizer etc. in the toilet, which reinforces this aspect. This place was amazing. The location is very pretty and shut off from the loudness of the city. At first some may be skeptical if their picky children/others with be able to chose something to eat, but this wasn’t a worry for us because the food was delicious. The staff was very friendly and found us a comfortable table outside, in the shade. Definitely would recommend! Will be coming again for...
