Le Lagon Mandelieu - Pool Club - Restaurant - Cocktails à Mandelieu — Restaurant in Grasse

We won’t come back! First of all, we’ve been going there for years and always spent lots of money and had a good time. Yesterday we decided to go to the pool party and have some fun but when they decided to use blue smoke bombs to brings bottles to the tables, the smoke bombs lost color and landed on my bag, my dress, our beach towels and shoes. We politely told the manager and they said that they would wash it and gave it back to me. 20 minutes after they came back with only my bag washed but there were still blue spots, I thought I’d say something at the end when I had my affairs back. When we decided to leave the old woman said that the spots on my dress didn’t go away and for my bag as well so I had to go back there with recipes to have a reimbursement. She said she couldn’t do anything for my 2 beach towels as we were not obligated to bring it as they can give it to you for the pool (?). I obviously told her I didn’t have any recipes and she said it was not her fault and that next time we shouldn’t come to Le Lagon. I told her I wouldn’t come back for sure and she started to be rude and literally said: I’m not loosing any business if you don’t come back! Whaaaat?? After talking to other people from the staff, one guy said: I have 300 people to take care off I can’t do anything about it Now, I understand incidents happens but they didn’t even apologise, be polite or tried to do anything about it. When you ask for a smash burger wagyu without the onions and shrooms, they bring back a regular one. If you complain, they just give you what’s in the picture. It’s not even the wagyu. The chef is a NOT a good person, it’s not the ritz or annex beach, calm down. The servers are very nice though, but forgetting 5 fries, waiting for an hour to get the food (with mistakes), is not up to the standing they want to have when the chef is literally unprofessional and management is stuck on their way (at best). What a shame to be at the mercy of a single guy to deliver a nice experience. How sad. Never again, management is not fair nor serious. At first time the restaurant and the environment seems so good but there was two things that I didn’t like. First, you go there you know the restaurant and the bar are expensive, you pay 15 euros for two beers and they give you nothing as appetizer or snack. The problem is that then you realize that they serve snacks in other tables with the same two beers. No snack with 15 euros in beers is a shame. Second, the restaurant/bar is new, built in 2017, but … no diaper changing table at women bathroom!!! So you go there with your baby and you change the diaper on one table.
