Disappointing Beach Club Experience
Our visit to the beach club was underwhelming, and we left wishing we had simply stayed at home, relaxing by the pool with a full view of the Mediterranean.
Atmosphere & Vibe: There was no atmosphere — no music, no energy, and barely any guests aside from families with very young children. We later found out the venue runs a kids club, which explained the abundance of toddlers and lack of adults or social vibe. The area we were seated in had no speakers or music, adding to the lackluster ambiance. Beach Service: We had reserved four chairs for 1:30 PM through a booking my son made for four adults. The beach was only 25% occupied, yet we were seated in the fifth row, far in the back behind a family with crying toddlers. Despite there being at least 40+ empty chairs ahead of us, including an entirely empty second and most of the third row, we were told those seats were "reserved." When we questioned this at 1:45 PM, we were told "many people come late." By 3:00 PM, the chairs were still empty. After expressing that we preferred a quieter adult space with some music (having raised our kids already), we were reluctantly moved to the fourth row on the right. The beach attendants were disengaged, with the exception of a young worker (perhaps 16 years old) who was actively adjusting umbrellas. His older colleagues appeared unmotivated and uninterested in helping guests. It seemed like they were sparsely seating guests on purpose, possibly to create an illusion of occupancy. Food & Drink: Very limited chair-side food service was available. The best option offered was an overpriced guacamole, which lacked coriander and lemon. Drinks were expensive and not worth the price. Facilities & Pricing We paid €45 per chair for a full-day reservation, even though we only intended to stay for a few hours in the afternoon. The valet parking was €25 and actually one of the few positives — the valet staff were pleasant and helpful. In total, we spent €400 for four people — and did not enjoy any of it. The pricing was completely unjustified given the poor service, lack of atmosphere, and underwhelming food and drink options. Conclusion: This was our first time booking beach chairs, and unfortunately, it will likely be our last at this venue. The lack of ambiance, poor service, and disregard for guest comfort left us deeply disappointed. For what we paid, we expected a premium experience — but instead felt like we overpaid for something we didn’t...
Read moreNice place and high quality, but that is it. Probably a fun place to go daydrinking with friends and dance on the tables, but don't go there with children, even if their marketing tells you otherwise.
My daughter attended the workshop, which I thought was complentary, but its 20 euro, and all they did was paint!!! She got paint all over her clothes and got really sad, we tried to wash it away, but it was stuck. The lady said it would go away in the washing machine. However, it was acrylic paint, which is really hard to get off. I suggested that maybe it would have been better to use some other type of paint that was more washable, but she insisted that it would go away.
We went home and tried to wash it twice, but the stains were still there. Went back the next day and asked how they could fix it and compensate me. After reasoning with them, they gave me back the money for the activity and a pat on the arm and goodbye. No understanding or willingness to help. Reading the other reviews here, I shouldn't have been surprised.
It's sad for the chef that the rest of the staff ruins his food. Because what l managed to taste before having to wash cloths and comfort a little sad girl, was really good and you can see that it's high quality.
I hope they train their staff better and understand that it takes more to facilitate for children.
Another minus is the sound of all the private jets taking of all day long right...
Read moreConfused staff. Rude Owner. Worst experience. We went there to have a nice time with some food and drinks. They were forcing us to take the beach chairs if we want to swim which was not the case when we entered. When we initially entered i clearly asked the staff that i will order drinks take a swim and then order food. At that time he was ok with that. Still we ordered some fries. But When we were about to go for swim they made us change table saying that you cannot return here after swim. We agreed to that but then since i am pregnant i didn’t want to sit in a chair with no back after i come back. Then the lady comes and she says that you cannot even sit here and have to mandatorily buy the beach lounge chairs which i feel is overpriced. Then i got irritated and i said ok we will just leave so they we were so eager to get the fucking bill and didn’t even let us finish our fries. This is the most worst experience i have ever had. So they want us to pay for the food but didn’t even let...
