Terrible experience – would not recommend

When we arrived at the restaurant, I said we preferred to sit outside. The waiter rudely told us, “those tables don’t belong to us; if you want to sit outside, you can go to the other restaurant.” In hindsight, we should have left right then. We were seated inside, given menus, and after a long wait the waiter came to take our order.

My husband and I wanted to order swordfish, and our son ordered meat. The waiter said the swordfish was no longer available. This is something that should have been mentioned before giving us the menu or taking our order — we might not have stayed. My husband then wanted to order sea bream, and I wanted to order what our son had, but was told there was only one portion left. I asked, “Then please just tell us what you do have.” The waiter said sea bream, but since I had it the day before, I didn’t want it; I asked him what left on the menu as he already mentioned that some were lack. He offered lasagna, which I declined. In the end, with nothing else suitable left on the menu, I reluctantly agreed to seafood pasta.

After another long wait, the food arrived, but instead of sea bream for my husband, he was served linguine. We were shocked. The waiter initially insisted that I had ordered it, but all if us had heard the conversation. Even though he admitted it was a misunderstanding, he did not replace the dish as they were lack of seabeeam? Not wanting to prolong the situation, my husband accepted it and ate it. The waiter’s attitude throughout was quite rude.

My hysband ordered dessert, and then we paid the bill. Despite our disappointment, he still left a tip. The waiter did not even bother to say goodbye. Overall, a very unpleasant evening. I will not return and do not...

I’ve been visiting this place for over 3 years and tonight was the last time I am stepping my foot in it. The owner is the WORST hostess ever. I like the food a lot at this restaurant so in the past I was just ignoring her bad attitude. Tonight, out of nowhere whilst I was still having dinner with my friends she was passing by behind me moving chairs from the terasse to the inside and she was hitting me without even saying sorry!!!!!! I am literally SHOCKED!!!!

In the end we asked for the bill and the other waitress brought us the bill with 3 shots of limoncello. The owner then came to tell me that it is very unpolite from me to drink the limoncello if I dont drink alcohol during my dinner!!!!! (Tonight we didnt fancy to order any wine as we were all very tired).

I felt like paying to be bullied!!!!! I will never go to this place again and I really hope that other people realise also that owners like this dont reserve a single penny from our pocket!!!!

Then we waited more than 1 and a half hours for our food, when we approached the waitress (with the high pitched voice, i don’t know the name) where our food was, she was passive aggressively telling us that they only have one chef. After one and a half hours they gave us dry baguette with olive oil without plates to eat… The food was okay but over salted. Very very disappointing experience regarding that the restaurant is - for whatever reason- always full. Lousy and rude service. If you want to have a bad evening and if you have a looot of time that you want to waste: Go there.
