I want to not like it because it's a massive chain which tries through its brand to replicate the style of a local independent bakery/patisserie. Having said that, the palmier and the canele I just ate were really good - especially the canele with its chewy caramelised exterior and soft boucy vanilla interior. Coffee was fine, above average for a chain place. We tried the Canele and it was good. It was soft with interesting chewy texture and a rum and vanilla flavour.
Chouquettes were good. They were soft and fluffy.
The Croissant was okay. Would have been better if it was warmed up.
