In terminal 2 M, there was two lines and I was in the left lane as a man was being helped. I went over to a wall where there was an ad for a menu there that interested me. Then I walked back to my lane. Then the man left and no one was there to help. So I asked if there was anyone helping. The employees told me that the line is closed. So I went to the back of the other line. The casher was rude and gave me an attitude. She did not wait for me to choose what I wanted but in French helped all the customers behind me. So I asked her to call the supervisor and I was still waiting in line and she continued to help the customer in the line. When all the other customers were helped and when I kept on asking for the supervisor another employee asked me what I wanted without apologizing. What kind of business ethic is this? I asked the other employee that I will order as soon as the misconduct employee apologizes. Both of the employees were teaming up and were being rude and demanding to make an order. The other employee said that she has no time and if I do not make an order she is done with me. Are French people Barbarians...
Read moreGOOD SERVICE ! My wife and I had just arrived here after our long 10 hour flight from Seattle, WA. We thankfully had a very short layover before our next flight to Naples, Italy in 30 minutes. OH NO ! In fact we were both feeling pretty beat up after getting up at 4am to catch a 3 hour flight to Seattle, CA at 9.30am at John Wayne Airport in Santa Ana, CA then a 6 hour layover at Seattle Airport before our 10 hour flight to Paris....and no sleep. I had time to grab some light food to nibble on during our 2 hour plus flight to Naples, Italy. This cafe seemed to be popular....it was pretty much the only choice near our departure gate in this terminal so I bought a Chocolate Almond Croissant and a Chocolate Chip / Macadamia Nut Cookie. I noticed their fresh made baguette sandwiches looks very appetizing....I mentioned this to my wife. And our munchies tasted pretty decent after we were in the air. We made a vow to buy baguette sandwiches and other munchies ( instead of eating terrible airline food ) at a Paul cafe when we head home from Paris in 3 weeks time. WE CAN'T WAIT FOR OUR 3 WEEK...
Read moreI tried the tomato & mozzarella sandwich with pesto. I got my daughter a croissant. The sandwich was actually very good, the bread was perfect with small olives embedded within. The croissant was good as well, my 4 year old daughter ate most of it. A lot of people were going there, and the lineup was off the wall, so I said it must be very good. The woman behind the counter was quite rude in her dealings with many of the customers and she seemed like she wasn't the right fit for the job. My daughter was hungry and I was crashing so I came back for a latte and a chocolatine. The chocolatine was decent. The latte was very watery. But the unacceptable part was the rudeness of the same woman working there. She slammed down my change ferociously with palpable anger. Everyone else working there seemed in a good mood. I'm not the only one...
