If you want a perfect, romantic dinner, in a small, cute and quaint restaurant in an incredibly gorgeous town from the past (Honfleur), then I would highly recommend Au p'tit mareyeur. For less than 50 euros, you can get a small snack to start, a not-so-small appetizer, a delicious seafood main, a cheese course, and a huge dessert that will make you stuffed and happy.
How to describe the food? 1) Creative - the salmon ceviche comes on a bed of sweet salad (similar to cole slaw) and with a few surprises (a scoop of ice cream anyone?); 2) Local & Authentic - I am not a fan of Camembert cheese, but here, I had the best Camembert of my life!

One of the best meals we have ever eaten (2 actually, we went back the next night)! And the most beautifully presented dishes we have ever seen. We had the gazpacho both nights as an appetizer, I had the pork and my partner the turbot the first night. Same appetizers and I had chicken the second night, my partner had the mackerel.
