This is a long review which wouldn't fit in the review space. It's in 2 parts with part 2 as an attached image/photo.
Part 1:
A few weeks ago, I visited this place and here's what happened. I arrived just after 3pm the place was a little busy so it took a little while to be seated, although given what happened next, that might not have been the reason.
I was seated by a lady who it turned out was the owner of the tearoom and she gave me a menu to look at. While looking at it, I asked a young guy who was working there for some water, I tried asking in English (failed..) then asked in English, which he understood.
The same lady came back and took my order, I ordered a hot chocolate. I sat and read my book and relaxed with the hot chocolate after it arrived. About an hour later, I decided it was time to order some food and another hot chocolate while I waited for it, I ordered the hot chocolate 1st with the young guy who had brought me the water earlier - the lady was no longer there, I guess she'd left for the day. About 45 minutes later, no drink had arrived. I was sitting directly in front of the place where all the hot drinks are made so I went there and spoke to a different man, an older man, short, greying and khaki t-shirt and told him that I'd asked for a hot chocolate about 45 minutes ago and still hadn't got it. He found my order and read it back to me and told me that he'd "make it right now". But he didn't, I watched him make other peoples drinks, roll a cigarette, go out and smoke it, serve other people, attend to other people for take aways/gifts etc, along with the younger guy and girl that were there serving and they ignored...
