I legit worried for my HEALTH with the saltiness of every bite and I’m a 26 year old with no medical conditions. I’ve eaten at great to lack luster bouchons and this one is not only the most expensive but also the worst I’ve experienced. I don't want to tell anyone, but if you want to experience the true essence of Lyon cuisine, this is the place to go. The ingredients are very fresh and carefully prepared, creating a taste that can only be achieved through homemade cooking.
