21, October, arrived 13:50 for 1400 reservation. Maitre’d seated us immediately; Table 600. Couple from our hotel arrived shortly after us; no reservation; also seated quickly. They began service; beverages and meal order within minutes. They ultimately completed their lunch meal/service well before we did. We waited 20 minutes for drink order after what we determined to be a urinating match between servers. One server felt put upon to have more tables in service than the other. How terribly disappointing to receive abysmal service due to personnel conflict amongst service staff. Once we ordered; everything arrived within moments; no time to enjoy our beverages before meal arrived. Meal was tasty (thank you chef) but the overall experience was overshadowed by poor service. Food: everything was great until they served our fillet steaks (see photos) which we requested “a point” or medium….two were ok, but the other two were cooked well done…Bocuse has apparently failed to teach his chefs how to properly cook a steak a point/medium….

Location: wonderful, but this has zero to do with kitchen skills, same for the very friendly from the waiters

We complained and were given an option to change for lamb🤔and a free shared...

J’ai contacté le restaurant pour une demande concernant la saint Valentin ( menu et tarifs)

Étant déjà venue dans cet établissement je souhaitais renouveler l’expérience…

Cependant en appelant le restaurant aujourd’hui je me suis vue accueillir de façons chaleureuses part la personne qui a décroché.

Cependant quand je lui ai exprimé ma demande concernant le menu de la saint Valentin il m’a alors indiqué qu’il allait poser la question au chef.

Que fut ma surprise quand ma compagne et moi-même avons entendus de la part du chef les mots suivants : « la carte sera prête quand j’aurais moins de travail ! Sinon ils n’ont qu’à aller ailleurs »

Cher monsieur, nous allons faire comme cela et indiquer à toutes personnes souhaitants se rendre dans votre établissement de ne pas y venir, comme cela vous aurait moins de travail…
