This is a very difficult review to write. I donât like writing negative reviews but, when a restaurant fails so miserably, somebody has to say something.
Let me start with the positives: The restaurant itself is beautiful. If you are downstairs, you will get to experience being in what was probably a wine cellar at one point. The girls who were serving were very pleasant and tried to be attentive.
The negatives: The kitchen was overwhelmed. I believe there was only one cook for the entire restaurant. There were at least 12 tables downstairs serving no less than 40 people, seven tables upstairs and tables outside. One cook trying to make food for almost 70 people.
We arrive at 8:30 for our reservation. We received wine and water and then waited for almost an hour for the salad to arrive. We then waited another 45 minutes for our two bowls pasta. Both were overcooked and gummy.
The wait staff was very apologetic, but It did not go very far to make up for the dismal food.

Maintenant passons au plat de rĂ©sistance : Les plats ont Ă©tĂ© servis 01h30 aprĂšs notre arrivĂ©e dans le restaurant. (Table rĂ©servĂ©e Ă 19h30, arrivĂ©e Ă 19h15, plat servi Ă 20h43). Notons quâentre temps nous avons eu nos boissons et notre entrĂ©e Ă partager. (EntrĂ©e mangĂ©e en 20min) Nos plats enfin servi quâelle ne fut pas ma surprise quand celui ci Ă©tait tout simplement Ă peine tiĂšde voir froid. SignalĂ© Ă la serveuse celle ci change immĂ©diatement lâassiette.
Arrive le moment de douceur et de sucrerie (le dessert) enfin un moment oĂč lâon va savourer notre mets aprĂšs un dĂźnĂ© complĂštement ratĂ©. Et bien non ! Erreur sur les tiramisus pour moi et ma compagne. (Timamissu classique pour moi avec normalement du cafĂ© dans le gĂąteau, chose qui nâĂ©tait pas le cas, et ma compagne un tiramisu Ă la framboise spĂ©culos avec du gĂąteau sans cafĂ©, qui finalement en avait)⊠Et on recommence, changement de dessert par le patronâŠ
Vient donc le moment du paiement, nous exprimons notre mĂ©contentement Ă la serveuse (dâailleurs merci beaucoup Ă elle pour sa gentillesse et son amabilitĂ©), en lui indiquant que nous souhaitons parler au patron. Celle ci nous indique quâil est parti dinĂ©, nĂ©anmoins nos remarques lui seront transmises. Celle ci nous propose une remise sur notre addition, que nous acceptons. (9⏠sur 90âŹ) Câest lĂ que le patron revient, la serveuse lui demande de venir, nous lui indiquons toutes les difficultĂ©s que nous avons eu, celui ci sâexcuse alors Ă moitiĂ©, se justifie en nous disant quâil a changĂ© le plat et les desserts (super 01 plat et 02 desserts Ă la poubelle), nous affirmant quâil nâest pas en manque de personnel et quâil nâest pas responsable. Limite Ă deux doigts de dire que câĂ©tait notre faute⊠Celui ci repars alors, la serveuse lui indique quâelle nous a fait une remise, et celui ci lui a rĂ©pondu « non câest bon »âŠ
