Usually super friendly, and love my tunacado sandwich, but today arrived at 19h59, cashier told me they closed at 20h00 (in a full airport terminal)? After telling them the time (proof with phone in hand), cashier showed me the line of (only) 2 people who hadn’t ordered yet, and an other colleague shouted that there was half hour wait for sandwich (which can’t, and in any case, shouldn’t be true). Understaffed ? Poorly chosen opening hours? In any case, don’t say you close at 20.00 if you don’t accept customers entering the line until 20.00 sharp. Might be acceptable in France, not in the rest of the world. Pay your employees more/or longer so they have ample time to actually close the business without refusing customers and giving your brand a poor image. I asked the first time if that drink is mine? (But it was missing my food so I wasn’t sure), they said no this is not yours.
They were hanging out chatting all around and for 20 mins that drink was sitting there and no one try to re-announce the drink sitting by the pickup table.
