LOBSTA Aéroport de Nice T1 — Restaurant in Nice

I have spent years, and hundreds if not thousands of euro supporting Lobsta, but after my experience at their Terminal 1 location in Nice Côte d’Azur Airport, I will never set foot in one of their restaurants again. The behavior I encountered was shockingly unprofessional, outright hostile, and completely unacceptable—especially from a business operating in an international airport.

The employee on duty was not only incredibly rude and dismissive when I attempted to ask whether my order had been noted to stay or to go (I never even got the chance to finish my question before being met with hostility), but he continued to escalate the situation with threats, hurling insults, and even making discriminatory remarks (apparently, it’s acceptable here to call non-French customers "Sale Américains"—so Americans, beware.)

I also noted concerning hygiene practices. While preparing food, this same employee licked sauce off his bare fingers and continued handling food without gloves. Seeing this in an airport restaurant was both disturbing and unsanitary.

Ultimately, after being harassed, ridiculed, threatened with the police, and denied a refund for over half an hour, the situation was only resolved because I sought police intervention myself. Apparently, that’s what it takes to get basic customer service at this establishment. Go figure.

I can no longer support Lobsta after this ordeal, and I strongly caution travelers to think twice before spending...

At the Terminal 1 Nice Airport - at 1pm the 6th of July almost everything on the menu was sold out. Only rolls and grilled cheese available. NOsalads, NO bowls, NO sides. I ordered Manhattan grilled cheese. It supposed to be a lobster/prawns/cheddar hot sandwich which consisted of 1% of lobster/prawns and the rest was a heavy melted cheddar cheese. As it took long to prepare and i was in a hurry to get my flight, i waited for the pick up just in front. The young waitress was cleaning the place and with the same gloves she prepared and touched my sandwich. As i was really in a hurry and hungry i just told her not to do it anymore with the next customers but honestly if i had time, i would insist to give me money back and refuse the meal. Later i threw out almost the whole sandwich as it was only a melted cheddar with a four small pieces of lobster/prawns. For 20€ a huge rip off!!! Will...

The food was delicious, tasted fresh. Didn’t disappoint taste wise.. but they are a bit stingy with the filling. One of the buns lower bottom had no filling.

The service non existent.. and if you leave your table unattended the pigeons would come and eat your food.

P.S the waitress prepared my sandwiches but forgot to prepare my drink.! Anyways I picked my sandwiches and sat down waiting for my drink. Few minutes later, she called me to come back & grab the drink!! Those few seconds the pigeons came to eat my food a random gentleman came and protected my food. I don’t expect restaurant service but think she should have brought my drink specially that its her fault that she didn’t read the order well.!
