First time in my life so mistreated in a branch. They had issues with card payment I showed them I paid for the coffee, the transaction was done and they keep showing me a decline coupon. I tapped 2 times, first one was declined because the card reader was not working okay, and the second time I tap the transaction was done. They claim it was not done, even I showed them on my phone. The person working today at 8:30am on a Thursday as a barista was a guy and was pretty rude, he didnt even look at me and he told me to leave and take my coffee and to “have a nice day” in a horrible way, then he kept repeating that when I was saying that I paid for this. If they have issues with card payments as the girl doing it looked lost doing that task, why dont you train your staff properly? First to learn how to be kind and respectful towards costumers, and then to know how to deal with payment issues....

The coffee is excellent too – made with professional Cimbali machines, and you can really taste the difference. The staff were friendly and efficient; at least five team members were actively serving customers and restocking the counters while I was there.

There are plenty of seats, and the overall atmosphere was very pleasant and relaxed.
